Evergreen Cemetery

Historic Evergreen Cemetery dates back to 1850 and hosts many notable individuals, including the second Governor of Ohio, an Ohio Supreme Court Justice, many well know abolitionists and important advocates of women's rights, a Cleveland Indians pitcher, a Civil War Medal of Honor recipient and veterans dating back to the Revolutionary War. This cemetery has some of the most beautiful, and unique, memorial sculptures in all of Northeast Ohio. With multiple walking trails, peaceful scenery and stunning views of the Grand River, Evergreen is a favorite spot for walkers and photographers alike.
